Mila Zagoras Piliou are apples obtained from the Starking Delicious variety in Zagora, Makrirahi and Pouriou on the eastern side of Pilios. The systematic cultivation of these apples started in the 1960s under the supervision of the Zagora Agricultural Cooperative.

Mila Zagoras Piliou are harvested by hand after their ripeness is checked. Following the quality assessment, they are packed and stored in the cooperative's modern installations.
Jabłka łąckie refers to 15 different varieties of apples produced in the Lacko, Podegrodzie, Stary Sącz and Lukowica municipalities in Malopolskie Voivodship in Poland. The area has a mild climate and compact soils that favorably influence the growing of apples in the region.
The apples are characterized by a blush that is far more intense than the average for any variety of apples and their firm texture. Their taste is distinctive, intense, aromatic and tart, highly acidic and sour, which is why Lackie apples are known to have a so-called 'green mountain' flavor.
Jabłka grójeckie refers to 40 different varieties of apples that have a 5% higher level of acidity than it is the average for each specific variety, all of which are grown and harvested in the Mazowieckie and Lódzkie provinces in Poland, where the sand-and-clay soil and a mild, near-continental climate favorably influence the apple-growing business and their color, size, and specific pulp.
That is why the region is affectionately called “Europe's biggest orchard”, where the apples have been grown since the Middle Ages. The apples have a blush that is larger than the average by about 5%, and the red blush proves the higher content of anthocyanins and carotenoids under their skin.

Honeycrisp are American native apples originating from the University of Minnesota. They're also the state's official fruit. The apples were bred solely for their flavor, not for easy storing, shipping, or growing. They have a balanced sweet-tart flavor, and a crisp and juicy texture.
When you bite into one, the refreshing sweetness shatters in your mouth because these apples have large cells that fracture cleanly and release the juice when bitten, which is a unique trait of Honeycrisp. It's recommended to consume the apples raw as a snack, pair them with cheese, or use them in fresh salads, just don't bake them because Honeycrisp apples are not intended for the oven.
