Antequera

Antequera is an extra virgin olive oil produced from Hojiblanca olives as a primary variety with the addition of oil from Picual, Arbequina, Zorzaleño, Gordal de Archidona and Picudo varieties.

This oil is produced in the natural area formed by the Hoya of Antequera in Andalusia. It is characterized by its range of fruity aromas including those of green olives and almonds. Antequera is a light oil with hints of bitterness harmoniously balanced with its sweetness.

This oil has a balanced ratio of fatty acids and a high vitamin E content. All stages of production, including bottling, must take place in the Hoya of Antequera area.
