Aceite Campo de Calatrava

Campo de Calatrava extra virgin olive oil is produced in the province of Ciudad Real in Spain. This olive oil is exclusively made from Cornicabra and Picual olive varieties. It is processed using only mechanical procedures that do not modify its molecular structure and organoleptic properties.

The characteristic that sets this oil apart from others produced in other regions is its flavor that resembles green fruits and has a distinctive freshness. All stages of processing and production of this oil, including bottling, must take place in the region of Ciudad Real.
