Queens

Queens is a version of the Perfect Martini. It is made with a combination of gin, pineapple or lemon juice, and equal parts sweet vermouth and dry vermouth. In order to prepare it, all ingredients should be shaken with ice, then strained into a chilled cocktail glass.

The earliest mention of this cocktail can be found under the name Queen’s Cocktail in Harry Craddock’s 1930 Savoy Cocktail Book.
