Vodka Martini

Vodka Martini is a cocktail made with dry vermouth and vodka, which acts as a substitute for gin. The cocktail is also known as Vodkatini or Kangaroo cocktail. It is made by stirring or shaking the ingredients with ice, and the cocktail is then typically served in a chilled cocktail glass garnished with olives or a lemon twist.

Although its origin is unclear, this Martini variety gained fame and continues to be promoted by the James Bond franchise, being the favorite drink of agent 007, who prefers it "shaken, not stirred".
