Halsdon

Halsdon is a variation of the Bloodhound, made with a combination of gin, dry vermouth, sweet vermouth, and raspberry coulis. In order to prepare it, raspberries should first be made into a coulis with icing sugar, which is then added to the combination of shaken gin and vermouth.
