Journalist

The Journalist is a vintage cocktail that combines gin, dry vermouth, sweet vermouth, orange Curaçao, lemon juice, and Angostura bitters. The recipe is featured in some classic cocktail books, and it first appeared in The Savoy Cocktail Book by Harry Craddock, published in 1930.

To make the cocktail, all the ingredients are shaken with ice. The mix is then strained into a chilled cocktail glass. The Journalist is served in a coupe or a martini glass, usually garnished with an orange twist.
