Fallen Angel is a Prohibition-era cocktail made with a combination of dry gin, lime juice, crème de menthe, and a dash of Angostura bitters. In order to prepare it, all ingredients should be shaken with ice, then strained into a well-chilled cocktail glass.
The cocktail is typically garnished with a few mint sprigs.
