Dry Manhattan

Dry Manhattan is a Manhattan variety with reduced sweetness. It is made with a combination of dry vermouth, rye whiskey, and a dash of Angostura bitters. In order to prepare it, all ingredients should be stirred with ice, then strained into a chilled cocktail glass.

The cocktail is garnished with a lemon twist instead of the traditional Manhattan garnish which is a maraschino cherry.
