The Blenheim

Created by the legendary bartender Joe Gilmore, The Blenheim is a strong, aromatic, and complex cocktail made with a combination of brandy, yellow Chartreuse, Lillet, orange juice, and Dubonnet. In order to prepare it, all ingredients should be shaken with ice, then strained, preferably in a large pony glass.

If desired, the cocktail can be garnished with a lemon twist. The Blenheim was created to celebrate Sir Winston Churchill’s 90th birthday.
