SeaHive

SeaHive is an American cheddar-style cheese produced in Utah by Beehive Cheese Company. The cheese is made from pasteurized milk of Jersey cows. When the cheese is only 1 day old, it's rubbed with a combination of Redmond RealSalt and local honey, and it's then left to age for over 8 months in aging rooms with regulated humidity.

The aromas are floral, while the flavors are both sweet and salty. The texture is firm, smooth, and dry. It's recommended to pair it with fruity white wines or a glass of bourbon. Enjoy it with fruit, shaved on soups and salads, or with a variety of nuts.
