Poinsettia

Poinsettia is an elegant French cocktail made with a combination of champagne, orange liqueur, and cranberry juice. In order to prepare it, orange liqueur and cranberry juice should first be poured into a chilled champagne flute, stirred, then topped with champagne.

Light on alcohol, festive, and easy to drink, Poinsettia is an ideal cocktail for holiday parties. If you want a harder version, feel free to add a bit of vodka or gin to the combination.
