Kir Berrichon
Kir Berrichon is a French cocktail made with a combination of red wine and blackberry liqueur known as crème de mûres. In order to prepare it, crème de mûres is first poured into a wine glass, then topped with red wine.
The drink is named after Berrichon, a French dialect spoken in the Berry province.
