Kwaito

Kwaito is a South African gouda-style cheese made from cow's milk. It has a creamy texture and mild flavor. Apart from the plain and smoked varieties, there are also some other varieties of kwaito, each of them flavored with different ingredients such as green peppercorns, black peppercorns, or carnival peppers.

When translated, the name of the cheese is slang for cool, but it's also a term for a popular South African music genre.
