Ferrazzani's Pasta, formerly known as Semolina Artisanal Pasta, is a Los Angeles-based producer of organic, traditional Italian pasta. Founded by Leah Ferrazzani in 2014, the company began as a home-based venture and has since grown into a neighborhood pasta shop and market.


Their offerings include both fresh and dried pastas, all crafted using traditional methods such as bronze die extrusion and slow drying to enhance texture and flavor.
