Canadian Prairie Fire

Canadian Prairie Fire is a variation of the Prairie Fire cocktail. It is made with a combination of Yukon Jack (a liqueur made from honey and Canadian whiskey) and Tabasco sauce. In order to prepare it, Yukon Jack should first be poured into a shot glass, followed by Tabasco sauce.
