Prairie Chicken

Prairie Chicken is a variation of the Prairie Fire cocktail. It is made with a combination of vodka, Tabasco sauce, and a raw egg. In order to prepare it, a shot of vodka should first be poured into a shot glass, followed by two dashes of Tabasco sauce and a raw egg, hence the word chicken in the name of this unusual shooter.
