Risotto tricolore

As the name suggests, this Italian risotto variety is made with colorful ingredients that resemble the colors of the Italian flag – green (basil, thyme, marjoram), white (cheese), and red (tomatoes). Other ingredients include rice, zucchini, onions, butter, milk, vegetable broth, olive oil, salt, and pepper.


Once prepared, it is recommended to serve it with freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano on top.
