Railroad Spike

Railroad Spike is a popular brunch drink that is also a variation of the famous Rusty Nail cocktail. It is prepared with a combination of four parts cold-brew coffee and one part Drambuie. In order to prepare it, both ingredients should simply be poured in a highball glass filled with crushed ice.

The drink was invented by a bartender named Anthony Caporale at the 2014 Manhattan Cocktail Classic Gala. Interestingly, the Wall Street Journal named Railroad Spike one of the five best drinks at the event.
