Punch Fantasia

Punch Fantasia is an Italian liqueur produced by the Varnelli family in Muccia, Marche. The drink is based on Caribbean rum that is sourced from Martinique. The recipe is a family secret, but it is known that the rum is flavored with honey, spices, and citrus fruit.

The idea was to create a warming and aromatic drink similar to traditional winter and Christmas punch liqueurs. The resulting drink has an appealing amber color and sweet and spicy notes reminiscent of candied fruit, citrus, coffee, and vanilla. It is a subtly sweet liqueur with nutty, butterscotch, praline, and dry fruit flavors.

Punch Fantasia can be enjoyed on its own, but it also works great as a cocktail ingredient. It can be used in hot toddies and tiki cocktails.
