My Fair Lady

My Fair Lady is a cocktail made with a combination of gin, lemon juice, orange juice, strawberry syrup, and a dash of egg white. In order to prepare it, all ingredients should be shaken with ice, then strained into a cocktail glass. This cocktail was invented by the legendary barman Joe Gilmore, who created it to mark Julie Andrews’ first night in the musical My Fair Lady, hence the name.
