Lanterne

Lanterne is an Italian pasta variety named after the Italian word for oil lanterns. The pasta has very deep ridges and it is curved in a lantern shape. The ridges are especially valuable as they capture the sauce extremely well.


It is recommended to pair lanterne with a variety of sauces – from cream sauces and pesto to chunky tomato sauce and meat sauces.
