"Crazy good versions of an Aussie favourite: the lamington. The 10 layered blackforrest lamington is a must, but be warned – you will need someone to share it with or you will need a few sittings to finish it."

"The first lamington I ate there was a creme brûlée lamington and it made me Flour Drum’s bitch, so much drool and food love in one little cake."

The sponge is always moist and the lamingtons are always sky tall!"

"Matcha sesame lamington is a 10-layer cake with just a smear of sesame paste, matcha cream and deliciously moist sponge cake. It's a East meets West mash-up and it works beautifully. I particularly like the mix of bittersweet from the matcha and the nutty taste from the sesame. Yeshhhh I can engulf this at anytime! The black forrest lamington is an insanely good piece of cake, a must order on the menu! "

"The Eggnog Lamington like all of their others was delicious, with a melt in the mouth sponge, drenched in eggnog and cinnamon with a light hint of rum! Mmm.. Perfect Christmas Dessert if you’re not into the traditional sorts!"
