Crafted from 100% purebred Iberian pigs, these animals are raised freely in the dehesas of Salamanca and Extremadura, feasting on a natural diet of acorns (bellotas) and herbs during the Montanera period, which contributes to the jamón's distinctive flavor.


The jamón undergoes a meticulous curing process exceeding 36 months, resulting in a product with a characteristic color ranging from dark purple to rosy pink, and a flavor profile that is both intense and aromatic. ​
