Bicicletta

Bicicletta is an Italian cocktail that combines white wine, Campari, and soda. It is prepared by adding equal amounts of Campari and dry white wine to the glass, adding ice, and then topping the combination with soda water. This cocktail can be served in a highball or a wine glass, and it is usually garnished with an orange slice. It is similar to Aperol Spritz (Spritz Veneziano), and many believe that Bicicletta is simply a variation of that Italian classic.

The name—bicicletta translates as bicycle—was allegedly coined after men would have problems returning home on their bikes after a couple of biciclettas.
