Vampire Slayer

Vampire Slayer is an American cheddar-style cheese produced in Oregon by Face Rock Creamery. This garlic-infused cheese is made from cow's milk and it usually ages for 4 months. It doesn't have a rind, but is instead formed into small blocks.

The flavors are salty and savory with low acidity, reminiscent of raw or roasted garlic. It's recommended to use it in sandwiches, pasta, or gratin dishes. Pair it with a glass of Riesling on the side for the best experience.
