Valentine

Valentine is an American artisan cheese hailing from Oregon's Ancient Heritage Dairy. The cheese is made from sheep's milk and has a bloomy rind. Underneath it, the body is buttery and herbaceous with a rich finish. When perfectly aged, Valentine's paste oozes from the rind.


The cheese was named after one of the producers' beloved ewes which was born on Valentine's day. It is recommended to pair the cheese with light reds, fruity and dry whites, or a rosé.
