Hannah

Hannah is an American cheese produced in Oregon. It's made from a combination of raw cow's and sheep's milk. The cheese ages for 6 months, developing protein crystals in the paste during the process. It has a natural rind, and the texture is firm and creamy.


The flavors are complex, creamy, savory, smooth, and earthy, with a bright citrusy finish. Hannah has won numerous awards, including Winner at Good Food Awards in 2011 and 2014.
