"These are a series of street stalls where they cook Tanjia over coals on huge barbecues right along the sides of this street called Derb Semmarine, right off of Djemaa-el-Fna, the main square in Marrakesh. One has some tables inside slightly away from the hustle and bustle, where you can also order some drinks as your Tanjia is spilled out onto a paper placemat. A very authentic experience, though obviously not as posh or comfortable as a fine restaurant."
