Phaksha paa

(Pha ksha pa)

Phaksha paa is a Bhutanese dish consisting of dried pork cooked with a variety of hot red chilis. There are many versions of the dish, most often incorporating ingredients such as spinach, radish, and bok choy. Some cooks in Bhutan like to add aromatic buckwheat dumplings stuffed with greens or cheese into phaksha paa for extra flavor and texture.
