Maggie's Round

Maggie's Round is an American artisan cheese hailing from Massachusetts, where it's produced by Cricket Creek Farm. It's inspired by the toma cheeses found in the Italian Alps. The cheese is made from raw cow's milk and it's left to age for a minimum of 4 months before consumption.

Underneath its ridged natural rind that gives off an earthy aroma, the texture is semi-hard, firm, and smooth. The aromas of the cheese are herbal and fruity, while the flavors are nutty, buttery, sweet, lemony, and sharp. Pair Maggie's Round with a glass of sweet white wine or a vibrant saison.
