Maccheroncelli
Maccheroncelli is an Italian pasta variety with an elongated, tubular shape. It is slightly slimmer than a pencil and has a hollowed-out center. This pasta type is usually used in casseroles or served with thick and robust tomato sauces.
If maccheroncelli are not available, they can be replaced with perciatelli.
