Jausenwurst

Jausenwurst is a traditional snack sausage originating from Austria. These sausages are made with a combination of lean beef, pork, and pork fat. They're typically flavored with caraway, coriander, nutmeg, salt, and black pepper. The ground meat and fat are mixed together with the spices and seasonings, and the combination is then stuffed into casings, smoked over beechwood, and cooked.
