Hida beef croquette is a Japanese croquette originating from Gifu prefecture. The croquette is made with a combination of mashed potatoes, Hida beef pieces, vegetables, breadcrumbs, and oil. The mashed potatoes are mixed with Hida beef pieces and selected vegetables.
