Harrogate Nights is an English cocktail that became popular in the affluent city of Harrogate in North Yorkshire, hence the name. It is prepared with a combination of vodka, Malibu coconut rum, peach schnapps, orange juice, pineapple juice, and cranberry juice.

In order to prepare it, a highball glass is first filled with ice and a dash of cranberry juice. All other ingredients are shaken, then strained into the glass. This sweet and fruity tropical cocktail can be garnished with slices of orange, peach, or pineapple, if desired.
