Cvjetača sa sirom i šunkom is a Croatian side dish that is especially popular in the area of Sisak-Moslavina county. The dish is prepared with cauliflower, ham, butter, breadcrumbs, eggs, and grated cheese. In order to prepare it, the cauliflower should first be boiled, drained, then covered with a combination of fried breadcrumbs, chopped hard-boiled eggs, grated cheese, chopped ham, and butter.
