Croghan

Croghan is an Irish cheese hailing from County Wexford. This semi-soft cheese is made from raw goat's milk. Underneath its washed white rind, the texture is supple after the cheese has matured from 4 to 12 weeks. The aromas are grassy and earthy, while the flavors are full and rich with a piquant finish.

It's recommended to serve Croghan with crackers, crusty bread, or fresh fruit. Pair it with a glass of pale ale or sparkling white wine.
