Bosworth

Bosworth is an English cheese hailing from Staffordshire, where it's produced by Highfields Farm Dairy. The cheese is made from raw goat's milk and it's aged for 3 weeks before consumption. There are two version of the cheese – Bosworth Leaf, wrapped in a chestnut leaf, and Bosworth Ash Log, which is rolled in ash and shaped into a log.

The aromas are intense and goaty, while the flavors are mild, sweet, and salty, with hints of vanilla and butterscotch. Underneath its white moldy rind, the texture is dense and crumbly. It's recommended to consume the cheese within 21 days.
