Tilly Whim

Tilly Whim is an English cheese produced in Dorset by Chalke Valley. The cheese is made from raw cow's milk and has a natural rind. Its texture is smooth and open, while the flavors are earthy. Tilly Whim is named after the caves in Dorset, and it's left to age for around 6-10 weeks.

During the maturation period, the rind seeps its distinct flavors into the paste underneath. The cheese has won numerous awards, among them a gold medal at World Cheese Awards 2014.
