"We could've been having weird intestines or parts but everything tastes amazing! One thing we really wanted to try was the sashimi dish. Yup! Raw chicken! I think there was pig throat sashimi too! I wouldn't try chicken and pork sashimi anywhere else other than Japan. 5 of us had shared the sashimi platter and none of us has stomach issues the next day so it's certified safe! "
