Recommendations

"The stuff shoyu dreams are made of."
"This is the best ramen in northern Tokyo."
"Perfection in execution."
"There's no denying it's a premium bowl. Worth a Michelin star? I'd say so."
"World's first Michelin Star Ramen Restaurant "Tsuta" should be on your bucket list. The signature dish at Tsuta is the truffle oil-blended Shoyu Ramen - the star of the show. If you are unsure what to get, this should be your first choice!"
"I’ll definitely be back.”
"Tsuta is the new king in town."
"The ramen was outstanding and we enjoyed every bite."
"This is shoyu perfection. The resulting taste is an intense, slightly sweet mix that suddenly puts Sugamo on the ramen map."
"The restaurant’s signature dish is its shoyu soba, or soy-broth ramen. The soy is aged for two years in cedar vats in Wakayama Prefecture, and the noodles are made in-house by Tsuta’s staff from 100 percent Japan-sourced wheat."

"What an amazing food experience - we've tried their shoyu ramen with add ons which you put in one by one to add more flavour on top of base shoyu flavour they already serve. We were luckily be able to sit at the bar and able to watch the two chefs make the ramens. 100% recommend to experience this restaurant when you're in Tokyo, Japan!"
