Recommendations

"Thiptara’s dining room looks out onto the Dubai Fountain, the largest choreographed fountain system in the world. The restaurant showcases traditional Thai cuisine such as gaeng kiew wan gai (green curry), som tum thai (green papaya salad) and tom yum goong (hot and spicy prawn soup). Don’t leave without trying their signature dessert of Thai mango, sweet sticky rice and coconut cream."
"Stunning floral decorations and vibrant colours made the food taste even better than it already was! I can honestly not give any bad comment about our night! A must try is the Tom Yum soup."
"A must try is the Papaya salad. You can even see how the chef makes the dishes from the live cooking area at the entrance!"
"Sometimes the simplest dishes are the best and the tom yam koong soup, with lemon grass and mushroom, will make you feel all is right with the world once more."
"Red meat lovers shouldn’t look past the red curries. The Aromatic curry – which came out in a hot pot – danced on the tongue and was just spicy enough."
"Vegetable spring rolls made us realise just how good the simple roll can be if executed properly."
"Exceptionally well-marinated satay chicken and beef."
"Green Curry with a side a Burnt Garlic Fried Rice is a magical combination, you can’t get enough of it. A creamy based curry with a subtle hint of spice has all the Thai flavors you are looking for."
"Going by my obvious pick of ‘Papaya Salad’ I was in for a luscious burst of flavors from the moist papaya and the juicy tomatoes."
"The crunch of the golden pastry rolls encasing juicy shredded chicken, is both familiar yet inquisitively different."
