2020

Taittinger Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blancs 2011 is a prestigious cuvée that embodies the elegance, refinement, and craftsmanship for which the Taittinger house is renowned. Made exclusively from 100% Chardonnay grapes sourced from five Grand Cru villages in the Côte des Blancs, this vintage expresses the purest character of the varietal and the unique qualities of its terroir.

The 2011 harvest, though challenging, produced fruit of remarkable concentration and minerality. A small portion of the wine is aged in new oak barrels, adding subtle toasted notes and complexity, while a decade of maturation in Taittinger’s historic chalk cellars in Reims enhances its depth and finesse.

In the glass, it reveals a golden hue with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose offers delicate aromas of ginger, candied citrus, almond, and white blossom, while the palate delivers precision, creamy texture, and a mineral-driven finish that is both long and refreshing.

Acclaimed by leading wine critics, this exceptional champagne pairs beautifully with shellfish, seafood, or as a refined aperitif. Comtes de Champagne 2011 is more than just a champagne—it is a true icon, crafted for life’s most memorable moments.
