Hladno stiskano bučno olje (cold-pressed pumpkin seed oil) is a premium, unrefined oil produced by Oljarna Kocbek. This oil is made from carefully selected and purified pumpkin seeds of the highest quality. Unlike traditional methods, the cold-pressing process involves no seed processing; the seeds are neither ground, heated, nor roasted.

Instead, oil is extracted directly from whole seeds, resulting in a significantly lower yield—approximately six kilograms of pumpkin seeds are required to produce one liter of cold-pressed oil. The resulting oil is slightly lighter in color, exhibiting a greenish-reddish hue, with a very delicate aroma and a taste reminiscent of raw pumpkin seeds.
