Oljarna Kocbek

Oljarna Kocbek is a family-owned oil mill with a tradition dating back to 1929, located in the Prlekija region of Slovenia. It was founded by Alojz Kocbek, and today, his grandson Gorazd Kocbek continues the family tradition of producing high-quality oils.

The mill is renowned for its production of Štajerska-Prekmurje Pumpkin Seed Oil, made using traditional methods from carefully selected pumpkin seeds grown in local fields. The production process includes hand-sorting and polishing the seeds, stone milling, roasting at temperatures between 100 and 110°C, and finally, pressing the seeds to extract an oil rich in flavor and aroma.

In addition to pumpkin seed oil, Oljarna Kocbek offers other gourmet products, such as chocolate infused with pumpkin seed oil and seeds, as well as the Luxury Black Bottle product line, which combines tradition with modern design.
