Graviera Naxou P. D. O. 3kg is a hard yellow cheese that matures for at least 3 months to develop its subtly sweet and buttery flavor. Made from fresh, whole pasteurized cow's milk, it may contain up to 20% goat and sheep milk. This table cheese is also versatile in cooking, enhancing dishes where it melts without losing its structure.


It pairs well with fruits and jams, and complements rosé wines, Savvatiano, Moschofilero, Roditis, semi-sweet cocktails, ouzo, or raki. Its mild taste makes it favorable to children. The product is VLOG certified.
