"The third tasting pizza was Mare e monti, with "blue buffalo" Fior di latte from the Il Casolare dairy in Alvignano, curly endive, Cetara anchovy cream, and cherry tomatoes. The spicy sweetness of the blue cheese, the flavor of the anchovies, the acidity of the tomatoes, and the freshness of the endive... a complete and satisfying pizza unanimously voted as the best of the evening."
