Kinsman Ridge

Kinsman Ridge is an American tomme-style cheese hailing from Vermont. The cheese is made from raw cow's milk and it's left to age from 3 to 5 months. Underneath its natural rind, the texture is firm, smooth, semi-soft, springy, and creamy, with irregular eyes scattered throughout the paste.

The aromas are rich, buttery, and floral, while the flavors are creamy and savory with hints of asparagus and roasted artichoke. It's recommended to pair Kinsman Ridge with a glass of wheat beer, Riesling, or Sauvignon Blanc. Its rustic visual appearance and mottled edible rind also make Kinsman Ridge a favorite on cheeseboards.
