Kensington Court Special

Kensington Court Special is a fruity English cocktail made with a combination of lime juice, passion fruit juice, vodka, and apricot brandy. In order to prepare it, all ingredients should simply be shaken with ice, then strained into a chilled cocktail glass.

The cocktail can be garnished with a cherry, if desired. It was invented by the legendary bartender Joe Gilmore for a Welsh politician named Sir David Davies.
