About Ishiya
Ishiya is a Japanese confectionery company located in Sapporo, Hokkaido. It is most famous for producing Shiroi Koibito, a popular white chocolate biscuit that consists of two thin butter cookies with a layer of white chocolate in between. Ishiya also operates the Shiroi Koibito Park, a theme park that includes a factory tour, exhibits on the history of chocolate, and various activities related to cookie-making.
